We make sure that your prosperity in our hotel is certainly not left to chance, as every little wish or suggestion will be taken into consideration by us. BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served daily at the restaurant from 08:30 to 11:00

CHECK OUT
Standard checkout time is 11.00 midday. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond this time, please contact the Front Desk. In order to extend the use of your room, an extra 50% charge will be applied.

SPA

In the Wellness center of the hotel you can find an outside thermal jacuzzi, traditional Hammam, massage services and yoga lessons. It’s open from 13:00-22:00 upon appointment.

RESTAURANT “SKANZOCHIROS”
On the ground floor of the hotel, next to the Reception operates a traditional restaurant with an extended list of local specialties.

BAR
At the bar, which operates daily from 10: 00-01: 00, you can enjoy your coffee or drink while playing board games.

ATM
The nearest ATM is at the village of Kipi (14km) and the town of Kalpaki (13km).

WAKE UP CALL
If you wish for wake-up service, please contact the reception.

BUSINESS CENTER
Photocopy, fax, scanning and e-mail services are available at the front office desk.

ISSUE OF INVOICE
If you wish to issue an invoice with your company’s tax information, please inform the reception at arrival arrival

The current voltage is 220 V. If you need a suitable socket please contact the front office desk.

INTERNET
All rooms and public areas have wireless internet access.

We clean and refresh our rooms daily, as quietly as possible. Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor.

Upon arrival, you are provided with your room key. If you need a second key or in case of loss, please contact the reception.

All rooms are equipped with automatic heating system with thermostat and air-contition

MINI BAR
Consumption is charged daily at your room account based on the pricelist included in the folder and settled at departure.

At the bar, which operates daily from 10: 00-01: 00, you can enjoy your coffee or drink while playing board games.

The hotel’s water is drinkable.

FIREPLACE
Rooms featuring a fireplace – when lit – should keep their doors closed for safety reasons. Woods cannot be stored in the room.

NEWSPAPERS & CIGARRETTES
You may be supplied from Ioannina town, Kalpaki village or from a shop next to the gas station in the village of Asprangeli

ROOM SERVICE
For your best convenience, room service is available seven days a week, 09: 00-23: 00 with an extra charge of 5.00 €. All you need to do is contact the reception.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
According to Article 835 of the Greek Civil Code, the hotel is not responsible for any loss of any personal valuables of guests. As the hotel cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of any valuables,we advise all our quests to use the safe deposit box in the room free of charge.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Enter the default code 1598
2. Press the red button placed inside the door
3. Select a personal code (3 to 8 digits) and press letter B to validate your password. A sound will be heard every time the buttons are pressed. After pressing letter B, a green light will light up to validate that you successfully entered your password. Make sure you remember this code

HOW TO USE
1. To open the safe, enter your personal code and press the B letter. Turn the handle
clockwise and the safe will open
2. After entering your password, you have 5 seconds to turn the handle before the
mechanism locks again. If it lock, enter your password. Do not forget to press the
letter B.
WARNING: If you or an attacker is entering a wrong password, the safe will not open and a yellow light will appear. If you enter the wrong code 3 times, the system will stop operating for the following 20 seconds.

IN CASE OF FIRE
Fire protection measures were designed by our hotel specifically for your safety. For guests who may need help, it would be preferable to ask for a ground-floor room. Take a few minutes to read the information contained in this manual and make sure that you are familiar with the evacuation and risk exits of the building

Tips on fire safety
1. Smoking is forbidden in the rooms. If you detect a fire, immediately sound the alarm. If you detect smoke, stay on the ground as the smoke rises upwards. Keep calm and do not panic
2. Disabled guests should immediately inform the reception that they need help in evacuating the building
3. Do not delay to gather your personal belongings, your life is more valuable.
4. Please close the door behind you. This simple action will reduce the spread of hazardous smoke in the hotel
5. Do not return to the building until you are allowed. You will be informed from the hotel staff when it is safe to return.
