The word yoga comes from the sanscrit root «yuj» and it means “knowledge of your mind and body”. It has beneficial effects on our body, system and disposition, and it helps with musculoskeletal problems.
Yoga in Pirrion was created with the aim to offer relaxation from the tension accumulated from every day’s intense rythms and also to help build inner mind and body harmony and tranquillity in a unique space close to nature. You can choose from three different programs the one that suits you best.
The 2 hour package includes: 30 minutes of pranayama and meditation, 1 hour 15 minutes practical yoga (you can choose from hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, iyengar) and 15 minutes savasana (final relaxation)
The 3 hour package includes: 1 hour of yoga nidra (deep guided meditation) and 2 hours of practical yoga (you can choose from therapeutic, yin, ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha, iyengar)
The 4 hour package includes: 1 hour 30 minutes of thai or ayurveda massage, 1 hour 30 minutes of practical yoga (you can choose from therapeutic, yin, vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga) and 1 hour meditation.
